Stockton Bowling Lanes was built in 1949 by John and Ira Stayner, a father/son team, of Stockton, IL. It began with eight lanes that were manually set by "pin boys". Then, in 1961, the automatic pinsetters were installed. The lanes remain the original boards and have been well maintained through the years. Jack, Ira's son, and his wife, Mary, are the third generation to own and operate this business. We hope you will stop in and check us out! |
